Lily has been part of competitive gymnastics for 13 years. She began as an artistic gymnast and went on to win multiple state championships, including back-to-back titles as Virginia State Balance Beam Champion in 2015 and 2016. She also earned numerous 1st Place All-Around titles throughout her competitive career. Currently, Lily competes as a Level 8 gymnast on the Aloha Elite Gymnastics team. She also coaches the Trampoline and Tumbling Team, where she specializes in developing the tumbling program. Lily loves helping athletes build strength, confidence, and control. Her goal is to create a positive and encouraging environment where gymnasts feel supported, challenged, and proud of every success, whether big or small.
Aidan is an elite gymnast with over 12 years of experience in the sport of trampoline and over 10 years of coaching expertise. From 2015 to 2022, he trained and competed in Singapore, where he spent seven years developing his skills and earned numerous national titles. His competitive career has taken him to events across various countries, giving him a broad perspective on gymnastics at an international level. While Aidan remains an active high-level athlete, he is equally passionate about coaching and sharing his love for the sport. His teaching philosophy focuses on pushing athletes beyond their perceived limits, helping them achieve goals they once thought were out of reach. He is dedicated to fostering both technical excellence and mental resilience, creating an environment where growth, confidence, and determination thrive. Committed to his own continuous improvement, Aidan aims to inspire the next generation of gymnasts to believe in themselves and pursue their highest potential.
